Rentals can be changed or cancelled for ANY REASON if done 48 hours or more ahead of scheduled pickup time. When canceling you can receive a full refund within 5 business days.
No refund due to weather or early returns of the rental.
To operate the watercraft drivers need a valid driver's license.
No one under the age of 16 is to operate the watercraft.
Gas will be paid for when boat is returned.
Customer is responsible for all damage. Please inspect watercraft before departure.

Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 who wishes to operate certain vessels on the public waterways of Texas MUST have a Boaters Education Certification.
